Montréal, December 23, 2025 – Quebecers have once again enjoyed a remarkable year in the lottery: 16 jackpots of $5,000,000 or more have been won here! Loto-Québec has already awarded more than $1.7 billion in prizes to winners since January, an increase over the record year of 2024. In addition, nearly 20 lifetime annuities have been won—an unprecedented number!

- Over $1.7 billion in prizes have already been awarded, breaking the record set in 2024.
- The Lotto 6/49 Classic Jackpot has been won 10 times in Québec.
- In all, 19 lucky winners have claimed the Grande Vie and Gagnant à vie jackpots—a record!
- The lottery has already created over 100 new millionaires.
Biggest jackpots won in Québec
- In July, a Montérégie entrepreneur and a Montréal retiree shared $70,000,000 in Lotto Max.
- In September, 14 residents of the Bonne-Espérance community in the Côte-Nord region won the $50,000,000 Lotto Max jackpot with a Formule groupe ticket.
- At the start of the school year, an employee at Cégep de Victoriaville in the Centre-du-Québec region won the Lotto 6/49 Gold Ball Jackpot worth $46,000,000.
- In June, 15 coworkers in Trois-Rivières in the Mauricie region won the $20,000,000 Lotto Max jackpot with a Formule groupe ticket.
