$1,000 a week for lifeA travel enthusiast wins a top prize!
Montréal, June 18, 2026 — Capitale-Nationale resident Vanessa Savard won a $1,000 a week for life top prize with a Gagnant à vie scratch ticket. The travel enthusiast will be able to live her passion more than once a year thanks to this win.
Highlights
- Vanessa Savard buys one or two Gagnant à vie tickets a month. She was at home when she discovered that she’d won the $1,000 a week for life annuity. “I couldn't believe my eyes! I still can’t believe it!” said the thirty-something when she claimed her prize.
- As far as her projects go, “I may be travelling a little more often!” she said. Although she has multiple destinations planned, she hasn’t decided where she’ll fly to for her next adventure.
The winning ticket was purchased at Pharmaprix, located at 9397 Boulevard de l’Ormière, in the Neufchâtel Est–Lebourgneuf district in Québec City. The retailer will receive a 1% commission of $10,000.
