Célébration 2026 GalaSteve Drapeau from Lévis wins $1,000,000 on live TV!
Montréal, January 11, 2026 — Lévis resident Steve Drapeau took home $1,000,000 during the televised Célébration 2026 Gala, which aired Sunday, January 11, on TVA. He was represented by his mother, Clémence Gosselin.
Fortune first smiled on Gosselin during the draws for finalists, which started with 48 players from various regions across Québec. The winning Célébration 2026 ticket was purchased at Dépanneur G.V., at 1083 Avenue Taniata, in the Saint-Jean-Chrysostome sector of Lévis. Drapeau had received it as a gift from his brother.
As for the other two finalists—Gabrielle Lemieux from Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine, and the couple Nicolas Belcourt and Mélanie Marcotte from the Capitale-Nationale region—each took home $100,000.
Giving back is a win-win
Gilles Tremblay and his spouse, Francine Roy Tremblay, also from Lévis, won the $50,000 prize offered as part of the Loto-Québec Giving Back Is a Win-Win Program. In the coming weeks, Loto-Québec will also give $50,000 to the Québec Cancer Foundation, the non-profit organization the couple has selected, as it’s a cause particularly close to their hearts.
