Montréal, February 5, 2025 — Montérégie resident Louis Kelly won one of the five at-home prizes of $1,000,000 in the draws held during the Célébration 2025 gala that aired January 12 on TVA. When he saw the amount he won displayed on his phone screen, he was stunned, according to what he told the Loto-Québec team when claiming his prize. The winning ticket was purchased at the Carrefour Richelieu Loto-Québec kiosk in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

• Kelly purchases Célébration tickets every year. This time, to his great surprise, he held a winning ticket worth $1,000,000. “I had to check the ticket several times to make sure I wasn't dreaming,” he said.
