Montréal, February 3, 2025 — Louise Fagnan, from Sorel-Tracy, won the top prize on the February 2, 2025, La Poule aux œufs d’or show. “I feel like I'm dreaming!” she told host Julie Houle when she discovered she’d won a total of $358,000.
Highlights
- Fagnan has been buying La Poule tickets for several years. When she claimed her contestant spot on the show, she hesitated at the thought of being in front of the cameras. But, as she watched the show and saw how much fun the contestants had, she decided she’d have fun too!
- Fagnan won the $350,000 top prize with egg number 19. The $8,000 she won in the jeu des portes and the Machine à Poule bonus game were added to the top prize for a total of $358,000.
- She plans to use her windfall to purchase a house by the water.
