La Poule aux œufs d’or charity editionHe wins the top prize, and Loto-Québec donates $100,000 to the Véro & Louis Foundation!
Montréal, December 1, 2025 — Stephane Lavigne, from Delson, in Montérégie, won a $409,000 prize on the La Poule aux œufs d’or show on November 30. During this special charity edition, contestants chose a cause close to their hearts and to which Loto-Québec will donate an amount equivalent to the prize won, up to $100,000. Lavigne opted for the Véro & Louis Foundation, to which Loto-Québec will donate $100,000 in the coming weeks.
The Véro & Louis Foundation's mission is to create living environments adapted to autistic adults aged 21 or older. During the taping of the show, the winner mentioned that one of his relatives is autistic, and so this cause is particularly close to his heart. Well-known host Guylaine Guay, who is also the Foundation’s godmother, was in the audience.
