LotteryA $100,000 tip for a young Montérégie resident!

Montréal, February 29, 2024 – Montérégie resident Sophie Chalifoux has received the biggest tip of her career: a client gave her a La Poule aux œufs d’or lottery ticket for the February 4 show, thanks to which she won $100,000!

A regular client at the restaurant where she works offered her the ticket to thank her for her excellent service. Chalifoux, who’s in her twenties, was with her father when she claimed her prize. He said he was happy his daughter got such a jump-start for her adult life.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Familiprix pharmacie in Saint-Amable.
