Montréal, September 15, 2022 — Loto-Québec is happy to report that lottery operations are now progressively back to normal. Customers should be able to buy and check their lottery tickets at a retail location, online at lotoquebec.com, or via the Lotteries app. It should also be possible to claim a prize and check draw results.

It should be notice that customers will not be able to check their Lotto 6/49 ticket before the launch of the new version.

Draws that have resumed

All draws that could not be conducted since September 11 for lottery games offered in Québec only, like the Banco, Québec 49 and Quotidienne draws, have been carried out. The results for these draws are now available on lotoquebec.com. Players are encouraged to check their tickets.

The corporation reassures its customers that, despite the technical issues it encountered, the integrity of its draws was in no way compromised.

The new Lotto 6/49 draws were postponed

Regarding the termination of the Lotto 6/49, customers should be able to purchase a ticket for the new version as early as next Monday, unless otherwise stated, and hence take part in the September 21 draw. Information on the game’s new features will be announced shortly.
