COVID-19Suspension of the paying of prizes in person at Loto-Québec prize claims centres

Montréal, March 18, 2020 – As part of the collective effort to fight COVID-19 transmission and in order to protect the health of our customers and employees, we have decided to suspend the paying of prizes in person in our prize claim centres located at:

 

  • 500 Rue Sherbrooke Ouest
    Montréal, QC  H3A 3G6

 

  • 550 Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel
    Québec City, QC  G1M 2S6

 

How to claim a lottery prize

 

  • Prizes worth $600 or less can still be paid by retailers.

 

  • Winners of prizes worth less than $25,000 can still claim their prizes by mail.

 

  • Winners of prizes worth $25,000 or more can contact our customer service staff at 1-866-611-6586 or service_clientele@loto-quebec.com to learn more about claiming their prize.

 

  • The terms for claiming prizes won online at lotoquebec.com remain unchanged.

 

To claim your prize by mail, please attach the following:

 

  • A duly completed claim form, also available from retailers.

 

  • The original winning ticket (ensure the back of the ticket is duly completed; keep a photocopy of the back and front of the ticket).

 

  • A photocopy of a valid piece of ID (for prizes worth more than $1,000).

 

  • Mail everything to the address on the back of the lottery ticket:
