A darts game that paid off
- After playing darts with colleagues, Alexandrine Lussier-Pagé won a participation prize: a chocolate bar and a Gagnant à vie lottery ticket. And what a surprise that ticket had in store for her: the grand prize!
- She plans to use her windfall, in part, to recharge her batteries under the tropical sun. “It's a dream!” she said, moved, while at the Loto-Québec office to receive her prize with her spouse.
An unforgettable 50th birthday
- Martin Lemay received his lottery ticket as a gift for his 50th birthday.
- Two days later, he asked his spouse to scratch it. So, she got to tell him he’d won the top prize!
- The lucky winner plans to buy a house and a pickup truck.
Deux-Montagnes in the spotlight
Both winning tickets come from the Deux-Montagnes RCM: The one Lussier-Pagé received was purchased at the IGA extra grocery store in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, and the one given to Lemay at the Place Saint-Eustache lottery kiosk. Each retailer will receive a 1% commission of $10,000.
