Montréal, June 28, 2023 — Laurentides resident Patrick Rivard took home $1,000,000 in the May 29 Extra draw. He added the Extra to his Banco ticket after saying to himself, “You never know! ” The lucky winner plans to use his prize to buy himself a pickup truck and do a few renovations.

The winning ticket was bought at Servi-Express Saint-Sauveur, on Rue Jean-Adam, in Saint‑Sauveur. The retailer will receive a $10,000 commission, equal to 1% of the prize.
