• Faisal and Carillo went to the convenience store to purchase a Lotto Max ticket. That’s when they saw the Colossal scratch ticket and decided to give it a go.
• They scratched the game at the store and that’s when they discovered they’d won the grand prize!
• They immediately went to the Loto-Québec offices to each claim their $2,500,000 share.
• While on their way over, Faisal called up his employer to tell them he’d be running late. He then went to work after receiving his cheque. “But I plan to take tomorrow off!” he said.

The winning ticket was purchased at Dépanneur Casey, located at 450 Avenue Ogilvy in Montréal. The retailer will receive a 1% commission of $50,000.
