He plans to invest his winnings from the December 28 Extra draw for his retirement and his grand-children’s studies. The winning ticket was purchased at the Ultramar convenience store on Route Campagna in Saint-Henri-de-Lévis. The retailer will receive a 1% commission of $10,000.
