After scratching her ticket, she told her husband of 55 years, “Come take a look, something weird’s going on with my ticket!” Her husband checked the ticket online and confirmed that she had won $1,000 a week for life. She then screamed for joy and shared the great news with her daughter. The lucky winner decided to opt for the $1,000,000 lump sum. She said she wanted to use her windfall to make others happy and contribute to their well-being. She plans to spoil her daughter and open education savings plans for her grandchildren.
