Méga 360A Chaudière-Appalaches resident wins $225,000 with a gifted ticket

Méga 360A Chaudière-Appalaches resident wins $225,000 with a gifted ticket

Montréal, April 17, 2023 — Stéphane Giroux took home $225,000 with the Méga 360 lottery game, thanks to a ticket gifted to him by his son Mike. The Chaudière-Appalaches resident says he plans on spoiling his loved ones, including his six children!

  • While filling up on gas at the Ultramar Dépan Express on Route 271 in Saint-Benoît-Labre, Mike decided to buy two Méga 360 tickets: one for his father and one for himself. As luck would have it, his father uncovered a MÉGA 360 prize, which led to him spinning the Méga 360 wheel.
  • Stéphane asked his son to spin the wheel for him, which Mike did, alongside host Isabelle Racicot at the Loto‑Québec head office. “He’s the one with all the luck, so he should be the one to see this through!” said Stéphane.
  • Mike watched as the wheel landed on $225,000. Stéphane, who was nearby when it happened, was able to experience this joyous moment with them!

Méga 360 – Three steps. Three opportunities to win.

What makes the Méga 360 lottery game special is that it’s played in three steps, with the player getting an opportunity to win a prize at each step.

When they purchase a scratch ticket, players can win an instant prize or, if they uncover the “TOURNER” prize, the chance to move on to the next step. In the latter scenario, they get to watch a virtual wheel spin at the purchase location, or online if they bought their ticket on Where the wheel lands dictates what prize they get. They have a shot at a cash prize or, if the wheel lands on the “MÉGA 360” prize, a shot at moving on to the third and final stage of the game.
