Rioux then waited for his wife to finish her workday before telling her that he had a $1,000,000 winning ticket! The retiree says he’ll use his windfall to spoil his two kids and buy a car.

The winning ticket was purchased at Marché Desbiens et Fils on Rue du Couvent in Cacouna. The retailer will receive a 1% commission of $10,000.
