$1,000,000Group of 17 co-workers win a Maxmillions prize!

Montréal, October 7, 2022 — A group of 17 co-workers, formed on lotoquebec.com by Flavio Perestrelo (group captain), took home $1,000,000 in the September 20 Lotto Max draw. The lucky winners, who hail from the Centre-du-Québec, Laurentides, Laval, Montérégie and Montréal regions, say they plan to use their windfall to carry out renovations, travel, and purchase a new car.

Highlights

  • For the past two years or so, when the Lotto Max jackpot has hit over $50,000,000, Flavio Perestrelo has created a group on lotoquebec.com. He then sends an email to his co-workers inviting them to join.
  • It was Isabelle Canty’s quick-pick selection that won them Maxmillions prize.
  • As soon as he saw the draw results, Perestrelo emailed his co-workers the day after the draw to tell them that they’d won $1,000,000!
