Les rendez-vous Loto-QuébecA Stacked Summer Lineup of Events All Across Québec

Montréal, June 7, 2022 — Over the next few months, regions across Québec will be bringing back the many different festivals that have always made summer in the province so exhilarating. Proudly joining the festivities is Loto-Québec, who will be sponsoring some fifty events, all as part of its Les rendez-vous Loto-Québec lineup.

“Festivals are the heartbeat of our communities. Not only are they fun and exciting to attend, but they bring Quebecers together. Loto-Québec is thrilled to be forging human connections by sponsoring events throughout Québec again this year,” says Benoit Lefrançois, Corporate VicePresident of Responsible Gambling, Communications and Social Responsibility at LotoQuébec.

Events all over Québec, all summer long

From Outaouais and Côte-Nord to Estrie and Gaspésie, Loto-Québec will be everywhere, supporting communities across the province. This level of commitment is a win-win for festivalgoers, event organizers, and their communities. As a bonus, unsuspecting Les rendez-vous Loto-Québec attendees will be treated to surprise “lucky breaks” (moments chanceux) courtesy of Loto-Québec. The general public is invited to discover them all summer long!

The season kicks off with Les Francos de Montréal, which will run from June 10 to 18. Following this are back-to-back festivals, like Jonquière en Musique from June 29 to July 16; Le Festif! from July 21 to 24 in Baie-Saint-Paul; the Festival des traditions du monde from August 10 to 14 in Sherbrooke; and the Festival de la poutine from August 25 to 27 in Drummondville.

The full lineup of Rendez-vous Loto-Québec events is available on Loto-Québec’s website.

Socially responsible sponsorships

To encourage the organizers of the festivals it sponsors to hold environmentally responsible events, Loto-Québec will be providing them with guidance and support, including giving them corporate social responsibility training.

Loto-Québec proudly supports the arts and culture sector by contributing close to $10 million to sponsorships. Among other things, this contribution helps financing close to fifty events throughout the province’s 17 administrative regions.
