Montréal, January 27, 2022 — Romuald Bouchard, a Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean resident, took home a $1,000,000 grand prize with a X scratch ticket. He likes to buy scratch tickets every so often, and this new lottery, launched on January 10, caught his attention.
The happy winner plans to buy a house and invest for his retirement.
The lucky ticket was purchased at Familiprix on Boulevard Saint-Michel, in Dolbeau-Mistassini. The retailer will receive a $10,000 commission, equal to 1% of the prize.
