Montréal, January 26, 2022 — Marcelle Gauthier won the Lotto 6/49 guaranteed $1 million prize on January 12. This Montérégie resident got the shock of her life when she checked the draw results on Loto-Québec’s website and realized she’d won $1 million!
She plans to make some investments and take a cruise to the Magdalen Islands.
The winning ticket was purchased at Marché Express on Montée Monette, in Saint-Mathieu-de-La Prairie. The retailer will receive a $10,000 commission, equal to 1% of the prize.
