Montréal, January 26, 2022 — Chantale Perron and Gaetan Simoneau, a Capitale-Nationale couple, won $1,000,000 in the at-home prize draws held during the Célébration 2022 gala, broadcast on TVA on January 9.

 

“I can now retire and enjoy life with Gaetan, who retired just four months ago,” exclaimed Chantale.

 

The lucky couple’s plans include making some retirement investments and travelling to Florida a bit, once the health situation permits.

 

The winning ticket was bought at the Metro on Avenue Larue in Quebec City. The retailer will receive a 1% commission of $10,000.
