Montréal, December 6 — Montérégie resident Geneviève Rondeau won $1,000,000 in the October 21 Lotto Max draw. Rondeau rarely plays games of chance. She was gifted a ticket, which turned out to be a Maxmillions prize winner, for her birthday.
