3 000 000 $ PRESTIGEA Lanaudière woman becomes a multimillionaire!

Montréal, April 8, 2022 — Léonie Robichaud took home a top prize in the 3 000 000 $ PRESTIGE lottery game. The Lanaudière resident got the shock of her life when she scratched her ticket while waiting for her dog at the groomer’s. She says she plans to use her windfall to build her dream home and tour Gaspésie in an RV. Her husband will also get to retire earlier than expected.

“Call your wife, I think she’s playing an April Fool’s prank on you!”

  • Still in disbelief after seeing she’s won a $3,000,000 prize, Léonie returned to the retail location to have them check her ticket.
  • When the store clerk saw the result, she starting jumping up and down and clapping her hands.
  • The lucky winner then immediately called the job site where her husband worked. The guy who took her message told her husband: “Call your wife, I think she’s playing an April Fool’s prank on you!”
  • This stroke of luck will allow the couple to build a house, a plan they’d abandoned due to the current overheated state of the real-estate market.
