Montréal, November 9, 2021 — Three Lanaudière residents took home major winnings in the last few weeks. Michel Leblanc won $2,000,000 playing Québec Max, while the father-son duo of Michel and Maxime Fabian shared $1,000,010 playing Banco spécial.

 

A trip to Alaska thanks to Québec Max

Michel Leblanc ended up taking home the grand prize in the October 22 Québec Max draw. The Lanaudière resident couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the amount displayed after checking his ticket with the Lotteries app on his phone. His plans include buying a house and investing for his grandchildren. Michel would also like to take a trip to Alaska!

 

The winning ticket was bought at the Couche-Tard on Route 335 in Saint-Calixte. The retailer will receive a $20,000 commission, equal to 1% of the prize.

They haven’t decided yet what they’ll do with their respective shares of the money, other than take a few trips when the situation allows it.

 

The winning ticket was bought at Petro-Canada on Boulevard Brien in Repentigny. The retailer will receive a $10,000 commission, equal to 1% of the prize.
