Montréal, August 3, 2021 — Thanks to Extra, Roger Larouche will get to see his wish come true. The man, who lives in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, retired after winning the $1,000,000 grand prize in the June 14 draw and plans to enjoy life to the fullest!
