Highlights
- Having found a job this past summer, Jonathan decided to return to his native province of Québec.
- Cheese curds were pretty hard to find in Alberta, so since he’s been back, Jonathan would buy some as a treat every time he’d stop at a convenience store, along with a soft drink and lottery tickets.
- Only two weeks after the move, one of the three tickets he bought turned out to be his stroke of luck.
- After checking his Québec Max ticket on his smartphone, he took the afternoon off work to contact a tax adviser.
- Although the winner still couldn’t believe he’d won when he picked up his prize, his father was even more difficult to convince, as Jonathan is a prankster.
- The winner has lots of plans: buy a house with a garage, pay off his car and motorcycle and, especially, start a business.
