Highlights
-
In Daniel’s couple, he is the lottery fan. He likes to try his luck when large prizes are offered and finds lotoquebec.com’s platform very user-friendly.
-
Recently, he was delighted to visit Loto-Québec’s claim centre for a second time! After winning $5,000 at Lotto 6/49 just over five years ago, the Laval resident took home one half of a Maxmillions, or $500,000, thanks to a Lotto Max ticket purchased online.
-
For the December 31 draw, he bought two tickets: one with his favourite combination and the other as a Quick Pick. It was the latter that delivered the big surprise!
-
When Daniel checked the draw results on the morning of January 1, he immediately said to his spouse: “Sweetheart! We’ve won $500,000!” She was more sceptical, though. “It’s unbelievable,” she said when they came to pick up the cheque.
-
Thanks to that second win, the lucky man will have a more comfortable retirement.
