Montréal, August 2, 2017 – Outaouais residents Yanick Tremblay and Cynthia Arbique purchased a Gagnant à vie! édition spéciale scratch ticket and won a grand prize of $100,000 a year of life! The couple opted for the lump sum of $1,500,000.
