Montréal, November 26, 2024 — Jacques Poulin, who lives in the Chaudière-Appalaches region, won $1,000,000 in the October 25 draw thanks to the 2nd Chance – Dream Big Lotto Max Promotion. Poulin is familiar with the 2nd Chance promo and always checks his tickets using the app so he can enter the promotion more easily. The lucky winner was about to head out on a walk when he learned about his good fortune. He was so stunned by the excellent news that he decided to stay home and dream big! Poulin plans to use his windfall to treat himself to a new car.
