Montréal, May 21, 2024 —Québec lottery players’ lucky streak continues: four $1,000,000 prizes were won over the long weekend. Two Maxmillions prizes were won on Friday, May 17, in the Montérégie and Laurentides regions. An additional Québec Max prize was won in the Lanaudière region on the same night. Lastly, a guaranteed prize was won in the Saturday, May 18 Lotto 6/49 draw, also in Lanaudière.
“Four $1,000,000 prizes were won in Québec last weekend. This brings the number of prizes of $1,000,000 or more Loto-Québec paid out in 2024 to 43,” says Isabelle Jean, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Lottery Games at Loto-Québec.
Loto-Québec is calling on all Québec players to check their lottery tickets. A reminder that customers can check their tickets easily via lotoquebec.com and the Loto‑Québec Lotteries app. They can also check their tickets at a retail outlet. The holders of the winning shares are urged to call Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1-866-611-5686.

Over $135 million up for grabs tonight and tomorrow
Today and tomorrow, Lotto Max and Lotto 6/49 boast a total of $137 million in jackpots! In the next Lotto Max draw, slated for May 21, an estimated $80 million will be up for grabs, including a $70 million jackpot and approximately 10 Maxmillions. In the next Lotto 6/49 draw on May 22, the Gold Ball Jackpot will be $52 million, while the Classic Jackpot will be $5 million, as is the case in every draw.
