Montréal, August 5, 2021 — André Toupin and Nancy Brunelle, two Mauricie residents, won the Gagnant à vie grand prize of $1,000 per week for life. The ticket, which was on their refrigerator door for 11 days, changed their lives. They found out it was a winning ticket the day before going back to work after a three-week vacation.



  • The happy winners bought the lucky scratch ticket while passing through a municipality far from their own.
  • “When we saw the three symbols appear, we froze! We decided to check the ticket at a retailer to make sure we won,” said Nancy Brunelle.
