$164,670Two times a charm!

Montréal, July 2, 2020 — On June 21, Laurentides resident Mark Bonspille won $164,670 playing Chain Reactors Super Trails on lotoquebec.com.

In summary

  • Game: Chain Reactors Super Trails
  • Prize: $164,670
  • Date of the win: June 21, 2020
  • Winner’s place of residence: Laurentides

Highlights

  • Mark is a lucky guy. In 2017, he came with his spouse to Loto-Québec’s offices to pick up a cheque for a prize that she’d won playing Chain Reactors Super Trails. During his visit, Mark got a code to sign up for Loto-Québec’s gaming website, which he did. On Father’s Day, he took home the $164,670 progressive jackpot... from playing the same game his spouse had when she won!

  • He was alone when it happened. “I placed a bet and popped into the kitchen for two seconds. When I came back, I saw the progressive jackpot on-screen. I thought someone else had won it!”

  • The Laurentides resident was already in the process of buying a new home. He says he still hasn’t broken the good news to his spouse, preferring to do so once the new house is theirs. After that, he says he plans to pay off her car. One thing is for sure though—this is one lucky and happy couple!
