Montreal, March 4, 2019 — Montérégie resident Monique Raymond won $1,000,000 in the Québec Max draw on February 15. She’ll be sharing the prize with her spouse, Jean-Pierre Bourcier, and their sons, Jean-François and Simon Bourcier. The winning ticket was a Valentine's Day gift!
