Montréal, February 5, 2019 – Montérégie resident Claudia Phan pocketed the $5,000,000 play-at-home grand prize drawn at the Célébration 2019 televised gala on January 13.

During a family gathering shortly after the draw, Claudia’s sister checked the ticket and saw that it was a winning ticket.

The entire family jumped for joy when they saw that the young woman had won the grand prize! No one could believe her good fortune. Claudia came to Loto-Québec’s head office to claim her prize in the company of several loved ones.

The lucky winner’s priority remains finishing her university studies, but she also plans to pamper herself thanks to her newfound fortune.
