Montréal, February 5, 2019 – Montérégie resident Claudia Phan pocketed the $5,000,000 play-at-home grand prize drawn at the Célébration 2019 televised gala on January 13.

  • The Célébration 2019 ticket that Claudia Phan received as a gift from her father won her a free ticket. It’s with that second ticket that she became a multimillionaire!

  • During a family gathering shortly after the draw, Claudia’s sister checked the ticket and saw that it was a winning ticket.

  • The entire family jumped for joy when they saw that the young woman had won the grand prize! No one could believe her good fortune. Claudia came to Loto-Québec’s head office to claim her prize in the company of several loved ones.

  • The lucky winner’s priority remains finishing her university studies, but she also plans to pamper herself thanks to her newfound fortune.
