  • He explained how he had checked his ticket twice using the mobile app before having it validated at a Loto-Québec kiosk.
  • “His face said it all,” said the kiosk employee who validated the ticket.
  • The lucky winner says he will continue to buy tickets when the jackpots are big.



  • Maybe I’ll see you again next Monday!” he said as he left Loto-Québec’s offices.
