Montréal, July 10, 2018 – Marcel Proulx is the lucky winner of a grand prize at the lottery Gagnant à vie! He opted for the lump sum of $1,000,000 instead of the lifetime annuity of $1,000 a week.

  • He has many plans for his winnings including a trip to Walt Disney World.
