Montréal, January 8, 2018 – Capitale-Nationale resident Louis F. Lévesque won a $2,500,000 prize at the December 30 draw of Lotto 6/49.
Mr. Lévesque splits the $5-million jackpot with a ticket holder form Ontario.

- When he learned that he had become a millionaire, Louis F. Lévesque first froze, and then he cried out for joy. Excited and a bit confused, he went to see his daughter to announce the good news.
- He walked in telling her that he need her help. Clueless that he had won the lottery, she though he was talking about his smartphone.
- The two then called the other members of the family. Everyone was crying tears of joy!
- Mr. Lévesque plans on pampering his children and purchase a new car. He wants to let the dust settle before making any additional plans.
