Montréal, January 9, 2018 – Côte-Nord resident Heidi Buckle pocketed a lifetime annuity of $1,000 a week with the scratch ticket Gagnant à vie! The lucky winner opted for the lump sum of $1,000,000.

  • Retailer: Uncle Bill’s Grocery (70 Riverside, Rivière-Saint-Paul)
  • The retailer will receive $10,000, the equivalent of 1% of the prize.
  • Claim centre: Loto-Québec headquarters in Montréal



  • As he does every year, Heidi Buckle’s spouse gave her a Gagnant à vie! scratch ticket for Christmas, but this year the gift was worth a lot more money!
  • Once she had the ticket validated at the convenience store of the small town in Québec’s lower north shore where she lives, she booked a flight for her and her spouse to come claim her winnings in Montréal.
  • The couple who do a lot of volunteer work now plan on pampering themselves by taking their dream trip to Europe with their sons.


Lottery prize payments in gaming establishments

Lottery winners may claim their prizes at the Trois-Rivières and Québec City gaming halls, Loto-Québec’s Montréal and Québec City offices, or at the Casino de Montréal, Casino du Lac-Leamy, Casino de Charlevoix or Casino de Mont-Tremblant.
