Montréal, March 2, 2018 – Estrie resident Jean Rouillard is the big winner of the February 14 Lotto 6/49 jackpot of $7,039,870. Loto-Québec has recently sent out a press release looking for the winner.

  • The new millionaire came to claim his winnings at Loto-Québec’s head office today, March 2, accompanied by his brothers.
  • The winner does not yet have anything particular in mind as to what he might do with his winnings, but plans on taking time to let the dust settle.
  • He also won other minor prizes on the same ticket worth some $15, bringing the grand total to $7,039,885!
