$1,000,000Gagnant à vie!: A Montréal wins a million at the Casino de Montréal

Montréal, April 30, 2018 – Montréal resident Napoléon Diegue pocketed the grand prize at the Gagnant à vie! slot machine during the afternoon of April 30 at the Casino de Montréal. He had the choice of a lifetime annuity of $1,000 a week or a lump sum of $1,000,000. He opted for the lump sum.

  • Mr. Diegue only goes to the Casino on the rare occasion, but this time, he felt that luck was on his side.
  • He tried out the Gagnant à vie! slot machine and quickly hit the grand prize.
  • The lucky winner plans on taking time to reflect on what he will do with his big win, but he already knows he will paying off a few debts and pampering his grandson.

This is the sixth time that the grand prize is won at a Casino de Montréal Gagnant à vie! slot machine.

April 30 is a lucky date for the Casino: on the same date last year, the Powerbucks jackpot worth $1,700,000 was won.
