Montréal, January 12, 2017 – A jackpot of the popular Gagnant à vie! lottery was won in Québec City. Mr. Michel Dionne is the lucky winner! He decided to share part of his fortune with his wife, Ms. Francine Dominique.

Winner’s reaction
• Whenever he buys tickets, Mr. Dionne always jokes to the cashier, asking for a Perdant à vie, French for loser for life.
• That day, when he returned home, he had his wife, Ms. Francine Dominique, scratch the ticket. She scratched three “Vie” symbols. She immediately called out to him: “I think you won something big!”
• The couple went right to the closest convenience store to make sure. All smiles, Mr. Dionne then went to the Québec City office with his winning ticket.
• The couple plans to travel and continue to live life to the fullest.

Lottery prizes may now be claimed at the gaming halls in Trois-Rivières and Québec City as well as at Loto-Québec’s offices in Montréal and Québec City.
