OfficeLoto-Québec moves its Québec City office to the Fleur de Lys shopping centre

Montréal, September 30, 2016 – Starting on October 3, Loto-Québec’s Québec City activities will be merged in offices located next to the Québec City gaming hall, at the Fleur de Lys shopping centre. This move will enable Loto-Québec to provide customers with quality services nearby.

Highlights
• Lottery winners wishing to claim a prize in person in Québec City will now go to Loto Québec’s offices in the Fleur de Lys shopping centre (550 Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel).
• The offices have been set up so that our team can provide customers with high quality services. The Corporation’s administrative offices are also installed at that location.
• The move took place following the sale of the Grande Allée Ouest building last spring.
• The change in address will result in recurring annual savings of approximately $500,000, in addition to consolidating all corporate activities in a single location.
• Residents in the Québec area have easy access to the Fleur de Lys shopping centre, whether by car or public transit.

Quotes
• “Every year, almost 7,000 winners and their loved-ones come to the Québec City Winners’ Lounge to collect a prize. It is important to Loto Québec to maintain a presence in the provincial capital,” said Richard Trudel, Director of Customer Services and Draws at Loto-Québec.
• “Coming to claim a prize is a life-changing experience for winners. We plan on continuing to offer service that is worthy of the event,” he added.
