Montréal, October 6, 2016 – L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon will be opening at the Casino de Montréal on December 7, 2016. Reservations will be accepted starting on October 15.

Joël Robuchon, the most decorated chef in the world, selected the Casino de Montréal to showcase his renowned culinary signature. The kitchen at L’Atelier will be directed by Montréal Chef Eric Gonzalez, a rising star in gastronomy circles. Heading an all‑Québec team of culinary artists, Mr. Gonzalez uses his expertise to highlight local products. He’s already hard at work selecting Québec products to be featured.

Whether in Paris, London, Hong Kong or Las Vegas, Joël Robuchon’s restaurants draw crowds. Montrealers and visitors will soon discover Robuchon’s signature gourmet dining experience, delivered by Eric Gonzalez.

In a sublime décor, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is an experiential culinary concept in a friendly and unpretentious environment. The open kitchen provides diners with unusually close proximity to the culinary team. L’Atelier offers 56 seats, 36 of which will be at the counter surrounding the “workshop” section where all the action takes place. Diners will have the opportunity to select a menu according to their appetite, as the great classics will be offered in small portions.
