Montréal, June 28, 2016 – Lanaudière resident Gilles Letellier pocketed the $1,000,000 prize at the June 18 Lotto 6/49 draw.

• Mr. Letellier has been playing the lottery for more than 40 years. He plays the same 5 selections at Lotto 6/49.
• When he had his tickets validated, he never expected the clerk to say, “You won a million dollars!” The new millionaire remained calm despite the big news.
• For the time being, Mr. Letellier plans on purchasing a new car. After that, he’ll be taking time to reflect on what lies ahead.
